Disappointed. White pie was dried out and not much cheese, either mozzarella or ricotta on top. Busted my daughter’s butt because the order taker didn’t pay attention when I gave him my name and he couldn’t seem to match up the only pie he had made with the only person picking up. Sad. Go elsewhere; I will.

We ordered a meatball Parm hero and a sausage and peppers hero Parm and a Greek salad and I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a hero as much as I enjoyed that sausage and peppers hero! and my son loved that meatball hero too...so you should check it out... We will be back again ...my son has a business about a mile away from there so I can’t wait to have another one of those heroes. 😊

I had a pie from Buona Fortuna about six months ago, and I cannot say for sure if it really hit me as a 'wow' pizza. So I thought I'd order and give it another go tonight. Just got off the phone with a very rude person, so I have decided I will stick with a pizzeria that knows simple customer service. I called and asked what time they deliver until and was told "well, like, the next ten minutes" (it was 9:15pm on a Weds, understandable). I then asked if it was okay for me to order right now, which summoned the reply of "well, I mean, whaddya want, my guy's gonna be leaving, he's off at 9:30." I said "just a plain pie." The reply I got was "well, hold on" and then "alright where's it goin?" When I explained where I lived (because previous deliveries to my home have been challenging for the delivery persons to find my location), the individual cut me off and said "just give me the address." Truly bad experience, so much so, that I have decided to simply drive to Sal's in Sayville (delish!) where I feel appreciated walking in the door. I have also decided to spend my time waiting for Sal's preparation of my usual delicious pie, writing a true review for Buona Fortuna.
Lesson learned: Sal's in Sayville worth leaving the house for, Buona Fortuna not even worth the call.

Long time customer, no longer order at least 2 times a week... to the owners you need better management and know who is answering your phones
Tried to call in an order > $200. no bread no salad.. Really???? Will take my money elsewhere.. Had your manager call me back..as charming as a snake.. Good bye
To all that read this Great food.. Anna's Hawkins Ave in Ronkonkoma free delivery and owner Mike is very involved.. PS his food is Great!!!
