At SanSai Japanese Grill they have infused eastern world culture, food, and spirit with our traditional American lifestyle. Yon Suk, the co-founder and master chef, has created wonderful dressings and sauces for our signature salads, plates and bowls using traditional Asian ingredients that will thrill your taste buds. In fact, it is not uncommon to peak through one of the kitchens and see Yon Suk tossing an Oriental Salad or marinating chicken for our SanSai plates. After all, part of our culture is to strive to perfect whatever it is we do. Dan, co-founder and "all-American" guy, has inspired the creation of an atmosphere that is casual, friendly, fun, and yet sophisticated for guests to enjoy Yon Suk’s delightful dishes during lunch or dinner. Even though the environment is casual, they take the food seriously. You will find that the healthy salads, mouthwatering grilled meats, succulent seafood and sushi are tasty and fresh, and often quicker and less expensive than other sushi restaurants.

Love getting more than my monies worth, especially in this economy. The sushi rolls are very good. The spicy tuna bombs are mouthwatering. (I've paid 5x's more for the same food at Katsuya). Give it a try, you are going to be going back for more.

I've been to some of the other locations, I think it's a franchise. The Beverly Hills spot kicks a** compared to the other ones I happened to come across. Maybe because it's in Beverly Hills, I don't know, but the rolls are definetly better there and so is the service.
