American Restaurateur Jeffery Chodorow adds another major hotspot to his international portfolio of hotel and restaurants by opening Social Hollywood, a new multifaceted restaurant and lounge located in the reclaimed, historic Los Angeles landmark, The Hollywood Athletic Club. Once known as the Playground to the Stars, the private club attracted the biggest names of the golden era, including its founders Cecil B. De Mille, Charlie Chaplin, Rudolph Valentino and John Wayne. The Chodorow concept houses the modernized downstairs bar and lounge where guests may have a cocktail before dining in the vaulted, Moroccan-infused restaurant with tableside preparation of global, a la carte cuisine in classic Hollywood style.
