User Reviews for the Hummus Factory posted on 09/19/2007 Rating & Review: I was very impressed with the food there. I tried the kabob combo plate which had Chicken, Lalu (mixed meat, and Steak. The portions were pretty good although I was still abit hungry. Very authentic. the Steak was alittle overcooked but I liked the spices they used. Overall I was very pleased and the people are very nice.
