I went to this McDoanalds to use the BOGO coupon on the app and it took them about 20 minutes to figure out how to make it work in the register for some reason. It brought the whole drive thru to a halt for 20 minutes. They usually just scn the app and it does the work for them so I have no idea what the problem was that it would take 4 employees to make it work

This morning I go to McDonald’s I ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a hash brown an strawberry jam and a plan biscuit I get to the window no jelly when I ask for my jelly the worker gave me eyes that could kill then I get home no hash brown and cold food this was in kinder la 03/25/2021 this happens all the time if you order a quarter pound deluxe all you get is pickles and catchup boy lf I could give them a zero I would
