This is not the ideal place for new customers- there is no signage on seating and no information about seating on their website. I checked before I went in because of some of the reviews I read. Not only that but the servers watch you make a mistake by seating (sitting) yourself and don't even inform you when they pass you haha. Doesn't bother me, I spend my money based on customer service- not food. So, I investigated on my own & realize that the line is outside of the opposite door that I came in. Also, the people in line had to go in to get a server's attention after being passed repeatedly by 3 different servers. Beforehand, these people even held the door for the servers to bring out food after being ignored by them. And, while waiting behind them, I overheard them say they have been waiting in the cold for over 10 minutes. Food is food and I rather take my money elsewhere. We planned on going to Hammerheads but they were out of duck. Now I refuse to be a customer for either restaurants. I rather stack my money than waste it on non-existent customer service.
Update: The owner's response showed his character... Classy move, Timothy. Your response on tripadvisor wasn't as nice and you might want to clean it up and cover your tracks like you did on Google. That's all I'm willing to say regarding him and his establishment; I'm not explaining myself any further than that. I am going to mentioned that my review wasn't meant to imply Hammerhead's has bad customer service so my apologizes; I just rather save my money instead of spending it on establishments with poor customer service, tasting gamey meats that I can learn how to cook for myself or on eating fast food. I regularly fast from unnecessary things in my life such as excessive spending. Thanks for prompting a fast in my life, Game. Over.
