What an embarrassment. I brought a client to dinner at this restaurant last night before the show at the Lowell Auditorium and after waiting well over an hour we were told our food would be another 40 minutes. WHAT??? We had to leave without ever getting our food and were charged for drinks we had while waiting, and waiting, and waiting.
I had made Sunday night at 6:00 reservations at this restaurant because I wanted to be able to park, walk to a place for dinner and walk to the auditorium for the show. The show started at 8:00, this place is fairly close by, it seemed like a reasonable plan, especially when we arrived a few minutes before 6, the restaurant was EMPTY! We joked about my need to make a reservation because the place was SO empty. We sat down, ordered drinks, looked over the menu and ordered what our waitress said was “such an easy order”. It included apps and entrees from the “specials” menu. Simple, right? I don’t know what happened, but having to walk out of the restaurant with my hungry client never being served anything but chips and salsa, after waiting 90 minutes was a total embarrassment.

Love this place. Awesome drinks, great food, always friendly staff, really chill atmosphere. Never once had a complaint about it. I have been several times already n definitely going back.

I feel conflicted but there doesn't seem to be an option for no stars. My wife and I went on May 5th and it was dead to begin with. That should have been our clue. We went on to get a chimichanga ( a dish we love at other establishments) It was soggy and tasted gross to the point of rancid. When we told the wait staff they simply said "We'll you shouldn't get Chimichangas here then." After we finished our drinks we had to wait 30 min to get our check. I can't see this place lasting long.
