I have lived in the area for 15 years and this is sixth pizza place I have tried within a mile.
Two of the other pizza places have shrunk their pizza's and toppings, so I tried this place. They list the size of the pizza's on the menu.
The pizza was excellent and I will be buying here from now on. The young lady served it with a friendly smile and provided prompt service.
When I read reviews I often wonder if negative reviews are from competitors and positive reviews are from the places owner and family. People enjoy different styles and maybe they don't like this style of pizza.
This is the first time I have written a review and did so, because I enjoyed the pizza and thought the negative ones were wrong.

My mom orders the 22" Gigantic Pizza for us for band practice. My band members love the pizza and request it on a weekly basis. They deliver on time and the service is outstanding. We've been

My family have been a customer of Family Pizza for ages. They have the best Pizza's around. We love the Brazillian pizza's as well as all of the others. The prices are reasonable and the service
can't be beat. They deliver on time and always with a smile. The drivers are polite.
If you go for the gigantic pizza your friends will never forget you--it's the best and biggest pizza around. The salads are outstanding, and the
club sandwiches are perfect. Their food is always fresh. The cooking is authentic style.

This place is miserable. I ordered an Italian sub and the bread was hard, the lettuce wilted and the meat hard around the edges. I was surprised as the Dracut location has top quality food. Stay far away.

I always order delivery or takeout , dont really like the atmosphere, The brazlian style pizza is Heaven I love it and that's about the only thing I Get from there and I L-O-V-E it !!! Everyone is always very nice over the phone with me and delivery is timely. The pizza is very Good, dont know about the other items they offer.

I cater from Family Pizza to Saturn of Lowell and I love the food. We cater the 28" large pizza and it's delicious! It has a sweet sauce and the cheese is perfect, the crust is outstanding!!! They even brought us pizza's for an event we had at our dealership as a donation for our customers. They're wonderful and their service is outstanding. I would recommend Family Pizza to anyone. my brother and i just visited family pizza and couldn't believe how awful the quality of the food it started when i bought a slice of roni and a lg steak and cheese i used my debit card which was under $8 then my brother went to buy 2 slices and 2 drinks his total was around $6 and they told him he had to have a minimum of $10 in order for him to use his card
he then purchased a cheeseburger sub and the meat was about 3 grades lower than something you would find at mcdonald's and the steak and cheese was farely close with tons of fat on it i'll never go back

Looking at the other reviews, I noted that anyone can have an off day. I visit this restaurant often when In lowell and have never had a bad meal. The help is busy but friendly. Food is always good and hot. Not a bad spot to eat at.

Comfortable dining experience, but the service was without effort and the pizza (I can't comment on their other offerings) was one of the worst I've ever had. The pizza sauce tasted like a rejected jar of Prego sauce, too thin and too sweet. And the cheese was a half-hearted afterthought.
Now, I have been known to eat an entire large pizza by myself, because I was very hungry I managed to consume almost half a medium before my senses took hold and I realized the best thing to do was leave what was left outside for the raccoons.
