Last week I came to Milans for dinner with my family. We ordered salad and a deluxe pizza. The lettuce was wilted, very underdressed and we found a hair in the bowl. When we mentioned it to our waitress she took it away, brought us a new one and charged us! Afterwards, we were a little hesitant eating the pizza. The bottom was black and there was very little cheese. Completely not impressed, will not eat here again and will definitely not recommend this place...did I mention the washrooms were filthy! Horrible experience all around!

The restaurant is sparkling, the service top, and steak tips were declicious. I had grated cheese which tasted great-- served cold like it should be.

I usually buy the pizza there is very good. I havent eat there, but my first option for take out is there.

Don't ever eat at this dive! The food tasted frozen, the owner/manager was rude and the facilities were very dirty. My family and I were extremely underwhelmed. So many better restaurants in Lowell to dine at.

So I ate at this place the other day and I found a hair in my food! Nasty! The staff was ok, but the washrooms were filthy. Not the cleanest place around and not the tastiest. Boston Pizza is much better.

It was our first time ever eating here and completely enjoyed everything about it, very friendly, comfortable setting! Loved it, would recommend to everyone.
