So I order fish n chips not that great, but I get duck sauce instead of tarter and no lemon that I ordered oh well I will stick to broadway pizza.

They have new delivery guy! Heavy set dude. He is great! fast and funny!! The food is great. I will be ordering from them again from them. Esp Delivery.

The inside is great. The pizza is great Delivery was a problem. I ordered 3 pizzas for my office and the woman who delivered them was carrying the bag sideways! My pizzas were folded over and I had to put them back together in time for a big meeting.

Taina2879: Stop being lazy? They offered a service and I opted to use it. How am I at fault? If they don't want to deliver my food or that there'll be a big delay, call me up and tell me they can't. Is that not why I give them my phone number when ordering in the first place? Notice how I said I waited 2 hours before I called them to see what was going on. Maybe they should stop being lazy and deliver my pizzas. A whole month has passed and it still hasn't been delivered.

As for that other person who asked me why I would come and "trash them" when everybody else gives them a great rating, the answer is simple: To warn other people so they won't have to go through the same thing I did. I decided to order from them BECAUSE of the fact that the reviews have been so positive on this website. I never even knew this place existed at that point. It could have been a bad day, but the way they handled it was, like I said, very unprofessional. Looks like they've had more bad days since I've been here last from some of the other reviews.

This site needs a "Not Applicable" rating or something... filler scores used. Straight 5s/Neutrals.

The food is excellent - particularly the pizza - however we have stopped ordering from Angelina's as others have said below - the orders we received were consistently slow and usually wrong. The staff's attitude was, -at best - indifferent. When I asked to speak to a manager, I felt like I was a defendant being interrogated on the witness stand. I have eaten at Angelina's for the last time.

Their Pizza is out of this world GOOD! If I didn't go inside, I would never know how cool it was set up..kind of like a 50's style Pizza place. NICE!

What a jerk that last guy was - they do not have waitress service there. The have counter service so how can the service be that bad. And as far as the Mikyahl person is concerned. Maybe they had a bad day with the driver - maybe he was new. You never know what happened. I guess you have never had a bad day. If everybody else gives them a great rating why would you come on here and trash them. I love the food and I get delivery all the time without a problem. They have 5 stores and they are all family run so - give them a try its is worth the wait. Take my word - a regular customer.

Good food, but very overpriced!!!! clean atmosphere but service wasnt very good, management had a very "im better than you" attitude...not very friendly!

I love this place. I'm a regular there and cant find any better tasting or affordable food anywhere in the downtown area.
Also, to my girl Dion, best service ever!!!!!!!!!!!
Great place to hang out and eat.
And to that guy that only knows about their "service", u should stop being so lazy and go get the food yourself, and you'll see what the rest of us are talking about.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was searching this site for a pizza place to try and came across this listing. I ordered delivery at around 2pm. No word from them for 2 hours. So I called to see what's up at 4pm. They said they ran into a huge problem and the delivery driver was real slow. They also said a manager already left and is delivering my pizzas himself. It's been over 1 hour and 20 minutes since they said that and still nothing!

The least they could have done is called my phone number and informed me of a delay or anything. I have since eaten some Burger King and KFC that my brother brought over and I'd be VERY surprised if it even ends up being delivered at my doorstep. This is my first time ordering from there and will definitely be my last. I expected much better service given their reviews. Don't give these people your business!

In all fairness as I've never eaten or even step foot into this restaurant before or tasted their food (since they never delivered it to me), I can only rate them fairly in the service category. As I can't leave any blank ratings for my review though, I'll just use 1s for the other 3 categories as filler.

New location is great! Definitely what downtown needed, they only need a liquor license though. Food is the best in Lowell! Love it there..
