We use Molly's regularly for catering - Betty and her crew are AWESOME! The food is always amazing! They always come through for us.

I called in a pick-up order at 12:40 pm. The lady said it would be ready at 1:10 pm. I leave my office and head downtown. I have to walk a block in high-heels to get there because of the lack of parking available. Then I wait patiently in line. When I reach the front, the lady says oh we are out of what you ordered what do you want? She never apologized. She seemed as if my money was worthless. She did not offer a menu to me to help decide what I wanted to order. Then I have to wait for the food to cook. Still no apology. At 2:00 pm I arrive back at the office which is five minutes away. Terrible customer service. It is so funny that I have never eaten there and never will because I will not go back!

Betty and her crew are wonderful. I live in Ohio and wanted to treat my family in Macon to a great home cooked meal while they were in the midst of dealing with a sick newborn. Betty was so helpful and gracious, providing my niece and her family with a wonderful and tasty dinner. Thank you Molly's! and thank you a million Betty. This place is a definite 5 star in my book for both food and hospitality!
