not good when you order fried catfish and get them with the bloodlines still in them. Noy going back there.

Not a big fan of the place. slaw was awful and was so soupy that it made my shrimp and fries also soggy just by being on same plate. Not sure if I will ever try this place again

Ate there yesterday and staff was so rude I felt like getting up and leaving. After eating I wish I had. Never again.

go to shannons for the good food and they also have lunch specials for 4.99 and no one can beat it what a deal awsome food at low prices.

Referring to the cafe in WR/Bonaire. It was great at first, but the catfish are so small, almost like minnow's. Been going there on our weekly eat out date for awhile, but think will be looking elsewhere now. The 10 oz ribeye that was their special last night was about 1/4" thick & tough, little to no flavor & overcooked. They do however have the best hushpuppies I've ever had!!

The best shrimp--tastes fresh as Savanah itself,
seafood platter with oysters and talapia tasted just as fresh as the shrimp.
I would like a little less dressing on the slaw, but will return and advertise to all!

I can't believe anybody can find anything wrong with Shannon's. Best food in town. We went to Texas Cattle Company Sunday and it took 2 hours before the got out food to us. And there was other things to complain about but won't go into that. Best SHRIMP and CHICKEN ever.

I agree with GA Girl, Lisa must have just been having a bad day OR is an employee at Texas Cattle. :)..... Shannon's has always had great food and friendly and fast service. Shannon's is more if you want seafood and Texas Cattle is focused more on beef and chicken. Just decide which kind of food you are after. comparing Shannon's and Texas Cattle is like comparing an orange to a beet.

WONDERFUL food - I don't know what rock the reviewer 8/2009 came from but they obviously don't know good food. We have always had fast service, the cashier is extremely friendly , and the food is awesome! Just a few favorites, grilled tilapia, fried shrimp, fried catfish, ranch dressing, fries...it's not a dive! It is nicely decorated.

Oh my God This Place was Horrible!!! What a dive! The service was bad, the food was worse, and the price was ridiculous!! I would recommend you avoiding this dive and finding a better place. There is a Texas Cattle Co. right around the corner on Houston Rd. where you can eat much better for the same price or less.
