All of Double S BBQ’s recipes originated from Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana which has a strong ethnic Cajun and Mexican influence. When you visit Double S BBQ you will get the moistest, mouthwatering, Award Winning BBQ you have ever tasted. And if Cajun Specialties are your thing, we have the best Cajun Gumbo and Crawfish Etouffee’ in the Midwest! We also pride ourselves in our Homemade Brisket Tamales and Brisket Nachos which are only offered as our Thursday Special. Of course, we did not leave out the Wisconsin Friday Night Fish Fry. We offer our Catfish and Cod Dinner Special. Our fish is all fresh, not frozen, and is deep fried with our delicious seasoned crispy cornmeal batter which happens to be Gluten Free! All our sides are made from scratch right here at Double S BBQ and don’t forget to try our Award Winning Buttermilk Pie! As you can tell we are not your typical restaurant. They usually have a truck pulling out back with their food ready-made but we, spend hours preparing all our products from scratch. So you make the choice?
