I order carry out from here all the time, okay I do always order the same thing because it's so yummy( vegetarian egg foo young)
They have always been nice to me, no complaints.

Service was okay as I used an online ordering service but it took over an hour & half for delivery which seems excessive for a place that offers delivery. Ordered a variety of item..many were overcooked..Sweet & Sour Chicken was the biggest disappointment as it was simply some coated deep fried chicken in one container, rice and a container of their regular "dipping" sauce to pour over it.

I can't believe how rude the people that work there are. After I placed an order I called back 2 minutes later to add something and the guy would not let me and told me the food was on its way. I told him no way the food was on its way because I just ordered. He made some comment I couldn't understand but yelled at me and then hung up. NEVER EATING FROM THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Rude? Oh hell yes. Extremely rude, and it's hard to get out your credit card number at the end of your order before they slam the phone down on you. The food, however, is good. Good enough, at least for a hole in the wall take out place with a galley kitchen. I know that a lot of these bad reviews are based on the rudeness factor, which can understandably make the food taste a little less delicious, but seriously, get past the 'tude and it's totally worth it. Try: Gen Tso's Tofu, Orange Chicken, Crab Rangoons, and Anything with Hot Garlic Sauce. Avoid: Kung Pao.

This place is absolutely HORRID. First of all, they were rude when we were ordering an order above 100 dollars for a large group. They were snide when I asked them to make sure there were 14 different things. They gave me my total: $102.39, so I had 112 ready to give them a little bit of a tip. When the delivery guy arrived, he demanded $122.39, $20 over the original requested total. We asked why and he said that it was for the delivery charge - because it took him 40 minutes (to go a 10 min drive) and because he had a gallon of gas left (as if this is our problem). When we called back to ask how much a delivery cost, they said one dollar. So, we complained and they said the delivery guy told them we gave him 120 dollars and said to keep the change, which obviously wasn't true. So, they put the manager on, who hung up on us. 2 calls and 3 hours later, we are STILL waiting for the delivery man to come back with our money. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. It's the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and I don't know how they are still in business. Honestly, spread the word. It is awful. The food is NOT worth the crap you go through to get it. The only reason they got one star from us is because that is the minimum you can choose. Never again..

So horrible and RUDE!!!!
My friend called to place and order, they were so rude to her, I called back less than 2 minutes to cancel and they claimed that the food was on its way. I told him I felt he was rude to us and that we would not be ordering in the future....his response.....I don't care.
Wow....He must overcharge a lot on the food to make up for his lack in returning customer sales...
NEVER NEVER would I recommend this place.

Very little chicken in the chicken fried rice, old oil was used to cook this as well.
Sweet and sour chicken was so-so.

Great China has the rudest staff I have ever encountered in my entire life. I use to work the overnight shift at perkins restaurant and those drunk jerks were angels compared to the man I spoke with on the phone hung up on me twice and when I asked if I can give him my credit card number he rudely replied, "ya, if you wanna pay". I had thought to buy from this company because they hung a menu on my door, thinking I would try them out, BIG MISTAKE!! I will never be ordering from them again and prey that they will reconsider their customer relations tactics or they will surely fail as a business.

The worst Chinese food in Madison !

Not worth trying your luck. Their food is salty, with lotsa onions. It is not some mix and match food, not chinese AT ALL. These people should revisit their cook book/recipe ....
