I lived in Madison for years, and ate at Kabul for lunch almost every week for the grilled salmon with wine sauce - so you know it had to be better than just good.

I don't know what the other people were talking about when they said the food was horrible. Each time I have eaten at Kabul, I have been very happy with the food. The service can be slow sometimes though.

Terrible service. Horrible food. Afghani food cooked by a mexican chef. Lamb was not cooked well. We regretted that we even tried it. I will not recommend it to any one.

This shouldn't even get one star. Terrible service, terrible food. Wrong order brought to me cold food. Finally when I got the right food and it did not match menu description. I took one bite and asked for the check. Still charged for everything. Horrible. I literally feel sick now.

I have been here a number of times. Each item has been amazing, even for leftovers. The atmosphere is great, location amazing for walking off dinner although most of the food is very light. A+ to this place... even the staff.

What and amazing dinner we had... The stuffed Chicken Breast with black raspberry sauce was not only the most amazing tasting but it was a beautiful work of art on a plate..It almost looked like a dessert, but oh so savory...We also felt like we were eating dinner with friends.. The service was top notch.. Would recommend highly...

The food here is absolutely delicious! The Stuffed Chicken is way better than at Husnu. My server with the dreads was pretty and very attentive. I would recommend this place to all my friends
