I got my order thru after being hang up 5 time by manager. I asked for manager then manager said I am manager then hang up on me again. Their customer service is HORRIBLE because they care about their customer's money that explain they are unprofessional. I never order it from them again!

My son loves the beef & shrimp lo mein. They enjoy the crab rangoon too. I have had had their triple delight too.They go a little heavy on the onions. So I ask them to go light on onions, and they do. We usually get delivery and they are very quick. Good food at a good price.

I eat alot of Chinese nationwide as I am a trucker. Taste of China food has to be one of the worst I've eaten. I love Chinese food, but this time, most of it was thrown in the garbage.The only thing I did enjoy was the steamed white rice. The beef and broccolli was terrible, the steamed dumplings wasn't warm inside and bland. Don't waste your money folks.

I was in town for business and got back to my hotel around 7PM (dinner time). Having work to do for my client, I decided that I would order food to be delivered to my room and Chinese food sounded great!
I ordered General Tso's Chicken, a small Pork Lo Mien, and the fried dumplings. I thought I was in for a treat as I don't often get the chance to have Chinese food. Little did I know, that the food about to be delivered from Taste of China @ 5415B Monona Dr, Monona, WI was horrible.
The chicken smelled a little different, but when i tasted it I could tell that it had been left out on the counter for hours instead of being in a cooler prior to preparation. The pork lo mien was OK, so I ate some of it and the dumplings were edible.
The next day, I was sick all day. I called the restaurant and complained when I got back to the hotel and they offered to replace my order. No way was I going to go for round two of the food poisoning game. Instead I told them that I would be posting this review and reporting them to the health department. DO NOT EAT THERE!! YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY THAT YOU DID!!

I love this foood..! I order it for my family all the time! The food is just great!!! I love it sooo much. We order delivery usually. And, we usually get the orange chicken.. And fried wontons! yum! love ya guys keep doin ya thing.!!
Only thing i wish you guys had is something like Kato's chicken in the mall! but won't stop me form ordering from you! ;)
