I was disappointed with a recent visit to TGIF at the ET location.
We have normally enjoyed good food there: Meals arriving hot and delicious.
On a recent visit, my turkey burger and fries arrived luke warm and over seasoned. If this was the only problem it would not have been reason enough not to go back. However, I was most upset by the fries that had melted cheese on them. Since I did not have a burger with cheese, and nobody at my table did, I can only surmise that my fries were on a somebody else's plate prior to being placed on mine. These were fries in the middle of my plate, not ones on the side that could have touched another plate in the kitchen. A cost saving practice that will prevent us from going back.

To whom it my concern
I wanted to let you know that myself and co-workers came in on Thurs I believe.To have a good time.We were having fun until some drunk guys wanted to keep drinking.We were very please that a man bartender cut them off.The guys had enough for them and my group.Plus the bartender was concerned about the restrant and the guys lives.We wish there were more bartenders like him.And what about others on the road.
