2 times now, I have online ordered, told me I would get my food by a certain time. Needless to say I am very disappointed. My onion rings were ice cold, and soggy. Both times. I waited over 45 minutes each time. I'm done

The girls out front were great but the lady in charge was RUDE and did not know what she was talking about. She was able to keep $6 from a good customer but lost all future business from myself and my family. Deal chicken had run out, it said on the paper still worth what was paid 5 years after purchase. Deal chicken is a great company but Lewiston House of Pizza is trying to give them a bad name by not giving price paid and the manager said she had refused several and seemed proud of it.

Don't waste your time or money. I thought some of the previous reviews were exaggerated or harsh before calling in an order; but now totally agree. The staff is very immature, unprofessional, in-polite, and unsupervised. I called in an order, waited the 20 minutes before arriving, and then sat in the restaurant 35 minutes before they realized my order had been lost. All this after taking my money. They did refund my money but I will not return to LHOP. As for their "ringleader" Mandy that takes orders; she lost two others in the 35 minutes I waited for mine. Very unprofessional

They have really awesome food and great prices... but they really really REALLY need an on-line menu! It would make choosing food alot easier! But all in all LHOP is a great place!

LHOP good food, decent prices....but they could really use website, or at least put their menu online for the public to view. Ugh! I want to see lists of options and pretty pictures that make my mouth water.

Greatest Pizza around, Attitude with the snobby little teenie boppers behind the counter SUCKS! Unfortunatly don't trust them preparing my food, won't be back.

maybe if they some had some responsible adults working behind the counter not a bunch of snobby teenagers with bad attitudes, cause there not happy with there jobs,i always went in there everyday just about i haven't been there since they hired all the teenage girls who work in the front god knows what there doing to your food.haven't been back since February, can't stand how they treat u.

Everyone I know loves LHOP, it's by far the best pizza in Lewiston / Auburn. They're ALWAYS packed and somehow manage to get all their food out hot, and on time. I used to order from a chain pizza restaurant, but after trying Lewiston House of Pizza for the first time, I've never looked back. Everything on the menu is amazing, but the pizza is some of the best I've EVER had - LOADED WITH TOPPINGS! If you order a Extra Pepperoni, it comes COVERED! Try it and I guarantee you'll be converted!

Great Pizza! If you like Buffalo Chicken mild, I highly recommed their pie, Delicious!

These people below must have hit the place on a bad day. I love the food, the Steak subs are excellent and the young staff had my order ready before i got there.

after placing a order and having to wait 1 and a half for the grosses food we ever had ! our fries were never strained of there grease they were melted to the Styrofoam !my chicken parm sandwich was raw in places, and the night manager was very rude and unprofessional

just recieved my order wich was supposed to be a sausage and pepperoni calzone, however this calzone had no sausage or pepperoni and was flat as a pancake , the cheese and sauce where unusaually low a mounts as well . they will never see another cent of my money

Great fresh tasting pizza.. We almost always have it delivered. Favorful Subs and sandwiches. Dining there is not something I would do tho.. the atmosphere and staff are a bore. They made me feel as though I was troubling them with my order.
