I always enjoyed going and grabbing an Awful Awful there at the mall location in PI. Although the name "Awful Awful" is registered by a company from RI called Newport Creamery.

I was there on Sun, 3/14 about 5:20pm, shortly before they closed. I ordered 4 awful Earful's and one cup of Ice Cream. There were two girls there and they were acting very unorganized. One girl took my order, even wrote it down. But, between the 2 of them all 4 drinks were wrong. Only the cup of soft serve was right. When I complained about the first drink that was wrong, the shorter girl of the two, glared at me, shoved her hand in my cup, scooped out the ice cream and tossed it angrily into the trash. She then put on another wrong type of ice cream and slammed it on the counter. No "thank you", no "sorry", no "have a nice day". just glaring. Even after I told the to have a great day, they both turned their backs to me. Sorry Houlton Dairy, but I will not go there again. I will also keep spreading the bad news.
