12/16/2022 - That bitch
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Picked up takeout tonight and it was all squeezed into one bag. It was over $60 for a few food items, and let me tell you that it was NOT even worth $30. The beef lo mein was so sopping with sauce and the rice so soaked in grease that by the time I got home, it had destroyed the bag and left grease stains in my front passenger seat. I did not realize the grease/sauce problem until I brought the bag inside. Thank God I carried it from the bottom. The food was over packed into the to go containers and came spilling out when I opened them. It tasted like old, rotten vegetable oil. I ate two bites and couldn’t stomach any more. I didn’t realize until after my two bites that I had grease stains all down my nice sweater and work pants. I called the restaurant to make them aware so that they can do better in the future. The response I got was very underwhelming and was barely an apology. He kept talking about the lo mein sauce like it was supposed to be a normal occurrence to have dripping, soggy food. I was offered a $15 credit for next time, which was very insulting to me, considering I spent 4 times that for gross food. I honestly would have appreciated a genuine apology over the excuses he tried to use. I let him know I don’t want a credit as I will never be coming back. Save yourself the trouble and NEVER GET FOOD FROM HERE. Awful food and awful service

Food came in takeout containers for dining in. High prices and tasted “meh” at best. Won’t be back.

Took my family to dine 'in' at Lucky Panda where for years we have dined - both take out and dine in - this year Christmas Eve were we served IN the restaurant with "TAKE OUT" - i.e. cartons to serve yourself on paper plate!!!!!!!! The food was 'COLD" and either burned or cold and tough (anything fried) - I spend $100 plus tip (20%) and I have vowed to never return - ever again. Take out customers waiting when we left - no social distancing whatsoever --- and to serve a customer dining in the same as take out - was totally ridiculous --- whoever made that decision - it bombed. Lousy service - waitress was ticked to be working Christmas Eve and probably very unhappy there were only two waitresses on a busy night taking take out orders. New owner has a lot to learn --- but I'm done!!!! Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food is great. Since the pandamic the owner has posted a sign as you walk in that states due to his increases he is adding $1.00 to each item. This is taking advantage of the Covid 19. He may have had a small increase but not 20 percent as he claims. His take out has doubled since the Covid 19 and he still wants patrons to pay more (Gouging) I know this because I work in the business.
Asian Cafe was giving a discount to come to their restaurant, and not taking advantage.

I have been in Maine for 32 years. Just started going a month ago. Absolutely the best! Fresh and I was not hungry for almost 4 hours each visit. Usually eating again in an hour or so. Meat is not fatty. Very little grease. I travel 50 minutes to eat there. By far the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to!

Best Chinese food that I have ever had, thank You.
