They really have to watch what they are doing and listen to the customer. I had a coupon which stated popcorn chicken, 4 pieces of dark, 2 chicken tenders and 2 fries. I asked for all legs and they looked at me stund and didn't relay whether they could or not. Then I didn't get the popcorn chicken. Customer service sucked!!! How do you train these franchise?? Not the first time an order was incorrect.

Chicken greasy, soaked the bag, gravey has absolutely no flavor. Col. Sanders would be so disappointed they're serving this disgusting food. Got sick on the corn.

the girl was not listening well had to spell my last name 6 times over phone keept telling me to wait, people screaming in back ground and preceded to tell me to say over, and the last few times i did not get salads
