I went to my in-laws for dinner and they ordered from Heavenly Chicken- oh my it was Heavenly! It was a great surprise, especially the Reuben Balls!!! It was the best corned beef I’ve ever had!!!!!!!! I’m a huge fan & so are my in-laws!

the people that work there needs alot more training in customer service and how to talk on the phone, when you order your food over the phone it takes forever for it to get to your house,and always they get the order wrong when delivered.they either give you the wrong thing or they forget food. the prices are way to high, every time that i call to place a order they are playing way to much and do not take their job important. and maybe that is why they always get the order wrong, i do NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone at all. if your at a friends or family members house and call to place a order if your phone number does not match at the address your at they make a big deal out of it and way to involved into your personal business on why your not at the address in there computer, to me that is very rude and very unprofessional. their website font is way to small and the menu you can hardly read...this restaurant is a very poor business and should be reconsidered about staying open or they just need to be more strict on who they hire and how the business is ran. and have the employers who do work there go threw alot more training.

the website needs alot of improvement, you cant even read it at all the text is way to small so you cant even read their menu you cant place a order on it to have it delivered to your house. which by the way that would be way better if they did have that option because calling the restaurant to place a order is just a big joke. you practly have to scream into the phone to tell the employee your order or you have to repeat it about 4 times or more because the staff is way to loud and playing to much in the background and not listing to the customer they are talking to and not doing there job. they do not take there job serious and the whole restaurant is very very unprofessional. the food there does have a good taste but its pricey very pricey, and if you call to place a order it takes over a hour for the order to arrive at your home and there is always something wrong when you get it, from them giving you the wrong meal, or forgetting items in your order or double charging you for something, and the food is luke warm almost cold. i do not recommend this place to anyone at all. the staff is very rude and unprofessional, and should be put threw alot more training on customer service. the manager and or owner needs to be alot more strict on who they hire and they need to get alot more strict on the employees that work there now. because how they act towards customers is rude and un called for. never in my life have i ever dealt with people who act the way they do. they need to update their menu, and just completely redo their web site, if this restaurant ever got closed down i wouldn't be surprised or would i miss them...I'm ashamed to be living in a community that has a business like this open for business
