I don't have the words to express how great this place is, and to think it's literally around the corner from my house makes it 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food is undescribable. Simply and incredibly delicious.

My boyfriend and I visited Food for life on June 1 2010. The food and service was exceptional. Because this was my first time visiting the establishment, the friendly staff took the time provided me with samples of some of the dishes. It is the best kept secret that should be shared. We ordered the salmon wrap (delicious!) and the Missssippi down under (also delicious!) Everything was fresh and well prepared and I have already told 3 to 4 friends about this place. I will definitely be going again, sooner rather than later to!

I visited Food For Life for the first time on 5-15-2010, I thought the food was a bit expensive ($10.00) for carry out but, after getting home and tasting my food it was worth every penny. I had the whitting dinner with the stir fried cabbage & fried rice, the stir fried cabbage was the best cabbage I have ever had in my life. The food was so tasty & fresh, I would recommend Food For Life to my family and friends. The place is very clean and the staff members are very professional and friendly. I am not sure what kind of oil the fish was fried in but, it was not greasy at all, the fried rice was light and well seasoned. It was a nice change of pace, & I will go back again very soon. You should give it a try

Well to be exact I would rate it between 3 and 4 stars. Most of the fish entrees is very good but the side are just OK. They use way too much liquid smoke and vinegar in the greens, the cabbage wasn't seasoned well and the noddles in the mac&cheese were overcooked. however, the carrot fries are Delicious. Try the comeback sub, its the best.
