09/18/2011 - Customer for years****
I have been going to Hubbards for over 8 years & was SURPRISED - SHOCKED to say the least when overhearing a conversation between the lil youn cashier (with the bad attitue) & another customer discussing the business not being ran with a buisness license for over 2 years & that day I was there ordering for my office & she was sharing with the customer not to purchase the mac & cheese due to it being served with MOLDED CHEESE.....I was floored.....she was pointing to the sink sitting on crates & drain flies in the food. I understanding how loud she was...the ladies bathroom has been broken for over a month with spool sitting in it.....it made me lose my appetite. She was asking for a job because her hours were cut & the owner is in debt & can't pay employees, that's y so many employees come & go. Its a shame to see a black business go down after so many years. The other lady Monica was trying to just remain professional when I wanted to cancel my order, to get me to stay, she tried everything possible & assured me everything was fine & issues handled...I still didn't order but she's an excellent customer handler. She needs a raise for just working with that young girl. Hope hubbards gets it together it will be missed.

Foods was O.K. too salty for me. The cashier was very nice that was refreshing. Use less seasoning
