Yes its true the staff can be down right rude. The only thing that keeps me from coming back though is their amazing food! I am a big fan of square sliced pizza and they make good subs. I have never had any problem with delivery. So I would recommend them to a friend.

I love this place. It's not fine dining people it's a pizza place! You get what you order and delivery is always fast. They're great for football games or when you just don't feel like cooking ;)

This place is a staple of North Reading and the food has always been fabulous for me. I'm a long time resident. Family visits me from out of state and request the steak bomb captain's special pizza. Love the place!

agree completely with past comments. Totally unprofessional. Rude. Zero customer service.I called to put in an order for takeout and the staff on the phone and in the background were mumbling things in other languages and laughing. And the food is terrible on top of it. Would never spend another dime there.
