Used to love China Jade but past year the spare ribs & chicken wings were So Hard & Dry we had to Throw out in the Trash! I informed them last week when I told the guy we haven't ordered any ribs in months due to being so hard & he Said "Oh U can just have them Undercooked" Great if that's what it takes to get them Normal. When we go home with our order they were Again Hard as a rock Inedible and threw our money away again.. We been going here for years. They've gone downhill. Can't get a decent Rib here. we give up, back to Kowloon. Further away.

The service wasn't that great. Nice in person, but not on the phone (probably different workers). The chicken chow mein was like eating saliva with chicken. No flavor and VERY goopy. The roll that came with the meal was stale and flaky. I won't be ordering from there again.
