I had a good service from Giovani's , I'm Not crazy about all the food but I find what I really like from them & stick with it. Delivery is Kick Ass to they are very fast , but one time forgot all sauces for food & they brought it back but you could tell they were annoyed when it's there own fault. Otherwise the girls at front are nice, the owners are always polite & nice to me!!! My Favorite thing is ColdCut Grinder with all the fixings. YUMMY . The pizza is not my favorite but it is for others.

Didn't try their food till I worked there. Pretty good. But the men are assholes. Not very nice ppl at all. I've been told by other employees they have swallowed their pride to work. Well I will not, so I quit. The way they talk t the women that work on the phones is disgusting. They need to learn a thing or too about RESPEC. Not to mention nobody being on the books, you think they would be a bit nicer.

I have had great success in ordering from this restaurant. Most of the time I pick the order up to take home. Once in a while I eat in the restaurant. I find the staff very pleasant. i love their pizzas and their salads. I really like their version of lasagne. i have never had a bad experience.

terrible service to both their employee's and customers...Turkish owners who think Americans take advantage even though they reap the benefits of being in America. Do not order from this business as they only care about the American Dollar but treat everyone as foreigners......

Not impressed at all. Ordered something from Giovanni's in Chicopee with a group of guys i work with. They told me that Giovanni's was pretty good however i ordered a steak and cheese, on the menu its called a Steak special. Sounded good but out of everything that was ordered my steak special was never put in the bag. OK things happen. Called back to say my order was not complete, was told to come back and get what was missing. Being that I can't leave to get lunch the same person who went the first time offered to go pick up what was missing. Again things happen so I'm still excited about my steak special. You would figure a good business is gonna make sure the customer is happy so that they keep the customers business and not have the customer doing things like writing reviews on the Internet or passing on by word of mouth how disappointing this place really is. Anyway upon receiving my sandwich for the second time it was still wrong and to top it off was made half ass-ed. Two pieces of bread thrown together with what ever was left over from a sandwich that was probably made correctly the first time. No fixings at all. which would be ok, IF, the sandwich offered in the menu was what was ordered. Not the case , the menu clearly states what comes with each sandwich standard of course if you want a variation ask but to just throw something together as if to say how dare you call back for an incomplete order take what I give you and don't come back! Understood...thanks Giovanni's you made your point very clear.
