My mom and I have been wanting to go to Sonic for the longest time after seeing the commercials but the closest one to us is 45 mins to an hour away. We were in the area so we decided to go for lunch. I ordered a #1 (cheeseburger meal) and my mom ordered the buffalo chicken bites. We get to the register to pay and after we pay we wait about 5 mins for our food to come out. When our food finally comes out it’s all wrong. So we tell the girl working the register that our order is wrong and she tells us that we are wrong and this is what we ordered. The girl gave us wayyy too much attitude and got mad when we told her once again that this wasn’t what we ordered. Finally she rudely asks us to give her the food back and we wait ANOTHER 10 mins for our food to come out while the people behind us get their food. When we get our food it was alright. The buffalo chicken was barely covered in buffalo and the burger was poorly wrapped and the toppings were half on the burger. Not the best experience but maybe other Sonic locations have better customer service.
