User Reviews for Newman's Restaurant & Bar Roy posted on 10/05/2010 Rating & Review: I went to the restaurant this weekend and I had a gift certificate and it was not valid anymore because the owner was not the same…. I had a certificate with the name of THAT restaurant and it was NOT valid anymore and that SUCKS !!!!!!!! I just want EVERYONE to know the place is going down and they didn’t take the certificate, he prefers to loose good customers than to pay for the DAMN certificate !!!!
