I visited the Crock Pot located on Florida Street. The service was not the greatest. The food was just okay. But to top things off, there was a huge roach that crawled along the wall while we ate! Needless to say, I will not be returning here to eat.

MY SISTER SPOKE OF HOW GOOD THEY WERE SO WHEN MY FAMILY AN I WERE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD WE STOPPED BY. THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD, AND THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED BY THE VARIETY OF ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK WHEN IN THE AREA. I WAS AT THE SHELBY DRIVE LOCATION. THE ONLY FAULT WAS SPACE IN THE RESTAURANT.

I have visited The Crock Pot on Florida Street, don't get me wrong the food is wonderful but can't say the same about the food. The female owner is always in a bad mood and is not friendly to the customers. Sometimes she doesn't even speak. However, before giving up on another black business I wanted to give The Crock Pot II a try and needless the say it was just the opposite, the food was great and also was the service. There is a male owner at that location and he is always friendly, even to the point that he sticks his head out of the kitchen to speak with the customers in line. Now that is the way to keep customers coming back. So in order to get good food and service, I have to drive to The Crock Pot II.

I visted The Crock Pot II about 2 weeks ago. The service and food was great

The food is delicious and made southern style. The food tastes like the food that I grew up eating. It has your grandma's touch. My kids beg me not to cook but to take them them to the Crock Pot instead. The kids don't hurt my feelings because I'd rather go there than to cook. It is priced reasonable to fit a tight budget...love it!!!!!!!!!

Went approximately 5 times and out of the 5 visits, 3 were negative experiences. I will not be going back. Food is good but service has been bad on most visits. I do understand some businesses having so many customers that they can't satisfy all customers but always remember that customers are the ones paying your bills so it would benefit employees to have excellent customer service.

This place is worth supporting. I went to the Crock Pot 2 on Shelby Dr. Great food good prices. I had baked chicken and mac and cheese. The young men who served me were gentlemen. I am going to go back very soon

My favorite is the smothered pork chops, beef ribs, dressing & gravy and the macaroni. The VIP tea (sweet tea and lemonade mixture) is also outstanding! The owners and employees are really down to earth and kind. I Love eating at The Crock Pot!

The food and the service was great. We ate at the new location on Shelby Dr and Hacks Cross. Just discovered it on the way home and the catfish was terrific!

The whole menu is very good. I would suggest you try the blackeye pea casserole and the fried catfish to start.
