I realize that this restaurant is not for every one but based own what I experience I give it two thumbs up. Food is great and service is great. For those who complain its obvious that you are the problem so take your business else where. I have told everybody about it so your measly few dollars will not be needed. Stop hating... South wind you are amazing. Ill see you Friday....

Southwind Fish is by far the best fish eatery in East Memphis.The fish is always fresh and cooked to order.Their butterfly shrimp are to die for.Once you've eaten at Southwind Fish you will definitely come back.

I agree with the previous review. The food is AWESOME. I would pay gold for the food however, the service sucks. It's so bad that we only stop by once every other week when we were stopping by every Friday. Poor service is NOT COOL and can cost more money for your business in the long run.

Although the food is wonderful, the service leaves a bit to be desired. It is your basic hole in the wall restaurant, clean, and well kept. The area of town is decent, no real worries there. In fact, the only reason I gave service such a low rating is because the lady on the register is about as rude as a rabbit dog! She makes you not want to eat there because you know you can go somewhere else and feel a little more appreciated. She's rude on the phone and rude in person. She's just RUDE!
