When I first arrived at my table and I had to ask for bread and after we placed our order our food took a long time to arrive and we even asked the server what was taken so long! When my bill came I was surprised at the 18% gratuity that I told me I had to pay. The manager Eric came out and didn't try to sole the problem but said to me that I arrived late on my RSVP which was erelevant to the service that I was received. He actually argued with me and did not try to compromise at all. I know that gratuity is not mandatory by law & which I stated to him that I had no problem with paying but service was horrible. We even had to send a plate back. It was my birthday and I was trying to enjoy the evening and not get the servers in trouble that's why we tried to solve the issues with servers but when that didn't work the manger was called and he was also not professional. I payed my bill anyway but I will never dine at another Crab House again.
