Most of these reviews are old, prior to the devastating fire and the construction of the new restaurant. Dined there recently, very clean, polite wait staff. Served quickly and server was attentive. No negatives here

Second time getting food from there since they reopened. Not happy by any means. The first time we dined in took awhile to get our food and it wasn't the greatest. The sitting design was thought through to well Everytime someone walked in and out of the men's room you could see everything going on in there. The second time my fiance ordered food for pick up. She was told it would be 25 min's. We live 5 mins away. She went in and was ignored for about 10 mins. When they finally got our food it had been another 20 mins. When she got home the food was not only cold but soggy as well. Like I said we live 5 mins away shouldn't have been like that. Won't be going back.

Been awhile since I have been in there due to a drunken waitress. But went in there the other day. 7/14/14 seemed to have gotten rid of the trash. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The cook was friendly and seemed to be looking as to enjoying her job. Playing her music. :) the food was great! Steak sandwich and a cheeseburger. Wasn't over cooked made just right! Will definitely be coming back again to have my old favorites!

Not fair reviews.....food generally sub par. Service is generally good. Atmosphere is out dated. Good beer choices on tap. Generally clean.

Of course everyone knows the negative reviews about named employees were wrotten by Carrie Austin. The fact is the owners don't care about their business. There is no intelligent trained and educated management AND MOST IMPORTANT THE FOOD SUCKS and is way over priced.

No one greeted us or took our order. Waited 10 minutes and walked out!
A couple arrived after us, they ordered & received drinks & waitress took their dinner order. Several tables did not have food.
Place was busy, it was 7 pm Sat night. Looked over staffed and/or under managed.

So I heard and seen on many of these ratings about this business, well I guess they were all right, its obvious the owner or owners don't care who they have there, very disappointed in our visit last Saturday afternoon on 11/23!!

I would just like to say that your management or owner must not care about what people really think, because otherwise why would they still have this horrible booze smelling waitress (Karen) as an employee?! Oh my god I had to hold my breath while she talked and sooo grouchy... WHY.... i will not begin to tell you how to run your business, but its not good business to alienate customer complaints...Get it together and get rid of that waitress or were not coming back!!!!!

You all care about your business? Apparently not just saying along with others, you really need to get rid of that drunk, thief lying waitress that you still have there, don't you notice things around there missing? Her smelling of her favorite drink of bacardi? I know my family came in there on on fri afternoon and there she was, well that was are last time along with alot of others, maybe when u see the truth behind the real Karen you will realize its not good for your business.

Friday March 8Th, 2013, We had great fish, but our service from our waitress was not to great, took our order and brought us our food and drinks but then really did not see her after that had to get a young lady behind the bar to get us our bill and take our plates away, she said she was sorry for the service, told us to fill out a comment card but I told her y bother have done it before on the same older waitress and she still is not very nice. Other then that food was great that night!

Agree with you Mr. Yurgaites on your comment, we had that same waitress this past Sunday on the 17th of Feb, smelling of booze and looking it, and get that smell out of there!

Clean it up and get the smell out of there! Some nice waitress's a couple not especially the older lady with the ball cap on she needs an attitude adjustment and lay off the booze.

Great relaxed atmosphere, nothing fancy but clean and well priced. Try their cheese bites appetizer and their pizza, they are great! Free popcorn too!

needs some updating, floors are awful,seats are awful an smells like to much smoke in there. Nice waitress's except for the one who is and always seems like she has been drinking and you can smell it on her breath we always hope we don;t get her to wait on us
