Had tons of great experiences with this place until a busy, Friday night. We ordered immediately then waited for 45 minutes. Our waiter came back one time in the 45 minute time span. We finally told the hostess we were still waiting. Then as our waiter breezed by us (w/o looking to see if we needed anything) a hostess told him that we needed service. When he finally came over we were walking towards the door. He then realized that he never put our order in. He asked if we wanted it put in we said no & walked out. Very disappointed. Advice: if you want a great meal & service stop here when they aren't busy. Any other time don't.

Great Food! We are so glad they decided to open on in Ionia! Thank you for a great restaurant! Service is great, and the food is unbelievable and at a great value!
