For the 10th time our take-out orders were not correct. Even when eating in the order was wrong. You don't get what you order. I will never recommend this place to anyone.We are so disappointed!!!

My friend and I went to JJ Ruby's last night. The place was packed!!!! With only 2 tables left in the whole restaurant. We had a GREAT waitress, GREAT food and VERY QUICK SERVICE .<br />
We are looking forward to eating at their new restaurant in Breckenridge. Good Luck Julie and Rob.

This is the BEST place around Ithaca to eat........It's clean and a very pleasant atmosphere. I advertise this place to everyone !!!!!..........Thanks for such a nice place to eat.

I dont like ther food , because they try and copy cat the country chef cafe , ther fish and chips is the same as country chef , less portion more money , the burgers are the same bun but not near as good as the meat the chef usees in Ithaca ,

The food is excellent and the waitress's are always helpful. Keep your cup or glass full as you want it. Good portions of food, if you go home hungry you didn't clear your plate.
