Today the Flame died for us....having endured less than perfection customer service, waiting in the drive through for food to be prepared(this is FAST food?) when there are only a few customers in line or inside, and not the typical Burger King food these past few months we decided to support our used to be favorite "fast food" restaurant expecting improvement from 3 previous complaints; but alas, to no avail....
9:15AM on Sunday, 4 customers inside, no other drive thru customers except us. After paying for food at window was instructed once again to pull around to front doors as they were waiting for fresh hash browns......6 minutes later an employee brings my bag out, bag feels hot, maybe this time will be better. Drove the 3 blocks to home and while unpacking the bag discovered the hash browns were the only hot items, both croissants were half the size they used to be, buns stale and sandwiches cold; cheese not even melted and mine had "2" 1/2 strips of undercooked bacon on it.....the hash browns were putrid from the very old grease taste, and were thrown out with the sandwiches...on to the coffee with 3 creams...this was so old and strong it too was thrown away....no need to complain further as it apparently does no good.
I have tried to contact Burger King corporate to complain but there is no access via website, nor by email to the store...won't bother them any further...they just lost customers that had patronized these restaurants since the early 70's...CUSTOMERS BEWARE.
