The Library hosted a group dinner of 27 people
They were flexible, accommodating, creative with planning and updating menu and participants
The food and drinks were A+. Thank you Shelie for all of your help planning and to the bartenders and waitstaff you were kind, helpful, and pleasant

One cook today and he was faster than in many many places we’ve been. The Hamburgers were best I’ve ever had! ( we had the classic burger) Excellent service. Co Vid friendly service. And great experience all around! Thank you!!!

We just moved our Freshman Husky into Michigan Tech and we had not previously visited the area or campus, so we were basically coming in blind. We walked around the area and heard about several restaurants that were considered "must visit". Our experience at the Library was wonderful. Delicious food, great atmosphere, family friendly (as we had our 13 year old with us), great prices as well. It was so good, we came back the following night for my freshman's 18th Birthday dinner

Had a great dinner but I had a poor experience in the bar area. As always I want to be fair so I did spill a drink and I asked for napkins or a bar towel and the staff acknowledged my request but took appx. 15 minutes to deliver so my wife and I had to wait in a soggy mess. I said to my waiter that he might want to pay attention to his client's needs in a more timely fashion. Guy tells me to leave and embarrassed me and my wife in the bar. Totally out of line where is the ideal that the customer is always correct. He denied my request of a refund for replacement drinks and yells at me and my wife in the bar. Luckily the astute manager comes in and refunds my cost - note- we did not drink the replacement beverages. Meanwhile the male waiter continues to berate us as we leave. How could this be allowed by this establishment? Very dissatisfied with a poor employee. I also must note that I tipped Shelly, our server in the dining area over 20 percent. I asked her to acknowledge this as I was being verbally assaulted by the waiter but she ignored me further belittling me when she could have been honest and made me feel better about a poor experience. All in all food was good bar employee was rude and needs training in basic customer relations. Plenty of other options service was poor overall wait times are long for food, drinks, and even the bill. Enter ajt your own risk of verbal assault and poor treatment.

The food is always good; the servers are usually friendly. But the service is extremely slow even when they are not busy.

Though our meal was delivered efficiently, our server was brittle and rude, and management was nowhere to be found.
