User Reviews for E E Sane Thai Cuisine crispy duck posted on 10/01/2009 Rating & Review: picture the duck, without beak, without feet, it's all just breast i think, caramel colored, crispy on an iron skillet bed of brocolli, onions, cauliflower and carrots. you can even eat the bones. it goes down like it's a duck sent from heaven. no other place serves it like ee-san at least around milwaukee. these are real thai folks -authentic! take a chance with that and the tom yum soup on a freezing cold day. the broth will better you. and probably satisfy you more than a clam chowder bowl.
