Reviews of Erv's Mug

While everything about our visit was excellent. We would return again BECAUSE - We were a table of 7 and apparently our tip was included which is understandable. However, I did not check the bill only handed them my credit card and when it came back I added 20% - Well, I just checked my CC account and find I was only billed the amount no additional tip added..I salute you for being so fair and we will will return .<br />
