The food sits in the warmers too long and dries out the food. Fries are pre fried and fried again when you order. The Fillet O Fish is a dried out piece of shoe leather. It use to be my favorite sandwich. It's no longer Cod it's now thin piece of Pollack. They raised their prices for which is now inferior food. A shame really.

Worst service ever! Management not able to get it together. No training for staff. Wait time is ridiculous.

I've lived here in the falls for 5 years now and never once had a good meal yet, not only that the management/ supervisors are rude and act like they hate there job. Witch to me is crazy because if you have no costumers you would not have a job and you chose the carrier. So if you don't like it get out and find something you like.
