Waited for about 90 minutes in line just for them to mess my order up. The food was also terrible. Only ate half my burger lmao.. Never going back, way too high priced for the sh-t they give you

This is the poorest excuse and Burger King should be ashamed. I stopped there for lunch today and they said their computer screens were down so they could not let me order unless it was a DoorDash order. With today’s technology the computer screen issue could have been a problem but why not take my order.
Then this evening I went to use the drive-through and waited for 10 minutes and even kept asking for help into the speaker. I never did get anyone to answer me. After that I went to A&W where I was treated with a smile and friendly service.
No wonder everyone here in Winona thinks this place SUCKS.

Just got done trying to go through drive through at 730pm. Listed as open till 9pm. Took our order for our kids and worker tried uptalking us to kids meals. Didnt buy it and stuck with our order of 2 burgers and 1 large fry. Because we stuck with it she asked for us to hold on a moment. Then tried telling us they only had 1 burger left and kitchen was closing. What the heck. Worst service ever. Just left

The service was so slow I waited for a whole hour just to get two burgers and never got them because they forgot my order.

Went through drive thru and only ordered a side of onion rings and a drink. 4 cars were ahead of me. Waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes and didn't even make it to the window, the service was that slow. I left. Haven't been back since.

Major training of staff and leadership needed. This business would have been better off staying closed another week while the team cross trained at an experienced location. Really burned a lot of enthusiasm in this community huge lines. Cold and incorrect orders. Employees standing around trash covering the floor. Afraid to make eye contact because they don’t have a system developed to meet expectation. Hoping a leader can step in and right the ship.

By FAR the slowest burger King i have ever been to. Pulled up with one car in front of me at the order screen and had enough time to get annoyed waiting, find this review site and write the review. Whole experience took 25 minutes when the same situation at any other burger king would have been 5 min. I love bk, get it together people!

Whoppers are still the best fast food burgers around.
