I called in an evening order tonight, and I waited my 15 minutes and walked down there b/c I work in the mall and had a chance to grab some dinner. I get there, tell her my name and then Sanvannah tells me I placed it with Brookhaven and that my name is "Ron" and that I ordered chicken strips. (???) I said UMM NO, obviously my name is not Ron and I orderes a salad and water!! Then she proceeds to look behind her at the counter (where they put the to-go bags), look back and me then shrug her shoulders. REALLY!?! Thats customer service??? Not too pleased!! and the salad tasted old.

This deli has always been one of my favorite places to eat in Mccomb. It has undergone several changes in management and has now turned into one of my least favorite places to eat. I always order a salad and the lettuce is wilted, the dressing has been changed and isn't very good. Even the cookies aren't cooked thoroughly. I don't understand how this happens, but they don't fix it soon, they may be out of business.
