I ate at Rio Lindo after trade days and was very surprised at the tasty food. Service was great and the gentleman who waited on our table was very nice. When I come back to town, I will be bringing my husband and I am sure that he will enjoy also.

The atmosphere is wonderful. There is a beautiful big fountain in the middle of the place. Very romantic and perfect for a date. Dim lighting. Also, it is family friendly. The salsa and cheese dip is great. I have tried almost the whole menu and everything is good. I would recommend the Pancho special or the quesadilla fajita chicken or beef. There shrimp is very big and flavorful. The staff is so friendly, once you have been there a couple of times they remember you. the food comes out fast and the service is great. Bottom line wonderful food, atmosphere, service, and staff. If you get the chance visit this little jewel of a restaurant!!
