I took my mother to eat at the Columbia WOW Wingery recently. The service was terrible as was the food. Neither one of us ate much of our food. When I complained to the manager she said she would give me a "discount". I was not happy with this since neither one of us ate hardy any of our food since it tasted bad. After speaking with the manager again I requested contact information on the owner. I was shocked to learn she was not only the manager, but the co-owner (with her mother) as well. After expressing disappointment that we should have to pay for anything, she threatened to "get my mama out her to deal with you". A call to the New Orleans corporate office was just as bad as they were too busy to listen to my complaint. I heard the Columbia location is closing. No wonder they aren't able to stay in business!
