About a week ago I went through the drive through and ordered a warm mediterranean salad. It was definitely was a 10 ++++. Tonight was a completely different experience. I ordered the same thing. This time I got maybe 1/3rd of a salad, a 1/2 teaspoon of humus if that much , maybe that or less of the yogurt dressing, wilted green , almost no rice or whatever the grain was, and what seemed VERY OLD OR STALE BREAD. GRANTED IT WAS 6:30 and they close at 7. If they don’t want customers at that time or don’t want customers to return , EVER then they did an excellent job. I also ordered the 1/2 salad and sandwich combo but that is not what they charged me for . What a waste of $20! If I had had this salad 1st I doubt I would have ordered it again . Maybe the moral of this story was NOT to go there 30 minutes before they close. Why post your closing hours if you don’t want customers NEAR the time you close . Shame shame on you Panera in Oxford, MS. especially since I put glowing 5 star review on facebook a week ago!!!!

I had THE BEST MEAL I HAVE HAD IN AGES! I ordered it through the DRIVE THROUGH which was fast and easy . The Mediterranean Grain Salad Bowl which on the menu board said was new. I received an excellent description to my questions when talking through the SPEAKER at the drive through which was clear as a bell! IT WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED! MY DINNER WAS SO FRESH! The feta cheese, humus and yogurt dressing could not have been 1 bit better ! All ingredients including the greens and rice which included quinoa was outstanding!
BRAVO PANERA !!!! I will be back soon and will get the exact SAME THING ! Cheerful employee took my money and gladly gave me a menu!
