It’s been almost a year since I’ve been in the Sedalia store but I’m a little disappointed. The food is still some of the best around but after being seated, I had to go find a live body after waiting about 10 minutes. Time of day was 3pm.

Second visit in the past two months, both experiences have me wondering what happened to
the service and quality of food in this once outstanding eateries. First bad experience had
to do with the steak, tough old cow with little favor, Last night, after usual Saturday night wait
30 mins., we were seated and the server took our drink and food orders. She returned within
minutes with our drinks, and revisited our table with refills on two occasions, but salads
were never delivered. Main courses were served and we turned down offer to accept our salads.
My steak was under cooked, little favor and baked potato not fully cooked. My daughter's steak was not
well done. Didn't mention this to the server or management because we did not want to wait another
30 mins. Asked manager for an adjustment on our bill, reduction did not cover cost of missing
salads. I address this issue and bill was redone. Manager commented the prices had recently changed.
I was in the restaurant business, worker and owner, tough business but it all comes back
to management. Lack of training, attention to details and back end (kitchen) will kill a restaurant.

My steak was not cooked right ask for med rare got well done they took it back brought another one by manager it was not right she ask if I wanted put back on grill I said no because husband had already finished his meal and putting back on grill would have made it worst she said okay and walked away. The waitress was more interested in selling alcohol they had a contest going on was not caring about much else, Generally have had good food and good service there was very disappointed ! Don't know if I will go back!
