Ordered by phone to pickup a 14 piece chicken bucket for a party. The manager that took the order was very kind. She said the order would be ready for at the time we needed it 1:30pm. When I went to pick it up a different manager told me it was not ready and asked nicely if we could give them 30 more minutes. We cane back 36 minutes later and they told us they sold out of sll tge chicken that it would be another 20 minutes. We pulled to the side of the parking lot to wait. After another 25 minutes or so we were still waiting for chicken. He asked if they could mix the types of chicken. We said ues. When we paid it took another 15 minutes to get our change from $40. We asked for a receipt and never received one. This places employees are not well trained.
