I was there for dinner last Saturday with a guest who ordered a spicy beef soup (Pho type). His soup looked OK, but his first taste of the bouillon made him wondered. Tasting a slice of beef, he found it tasted so bad that he had to spit it back. In fact, all the beef in his bowl smelled (and probably was) rotten. He brought that to the attention of the young server who then brought the manager at the table. After being made aware of the situation, the manager said that they would never serve bad meat. She would not budge from that, and even refused to smell the odour that came from the bowl of soup. She did not offer to replace the soup or offer something else.
I paid the bill in full without making a fuss in front of my guest and we went to have dinner nearby.
I strongly recommend to anyone to avoid this restaurant like the plague.
