I would rate this terrible but then that wouldn't do service to the fantastic waiter. We were in town from Texas, for the Azalea Festival 2010. My sister, mother and I ate dinner at Okie's. They were very busy and our waiter kept us informed that our food was on it's way. After an hour wait, after our appetizer we were served cold food. We expressed our disappointment to the lady owner and she listened well and said she would handle it but she did NOTHING! She didn't even offer to heat our food!! The atmosphere was great, the food could have been good but the "owner" really doesn't care if her customers leave happy. In fact she totally avoided us when we left.
