Well I realize that folks are trying hard to stay in business, but cutting it cheap and doing it without any heart in your product is what has happened here! I dare the folks that prepared the food to occasionally eat or taste what they've cooking! A half a cup of mustard to a half a cup of potato salad doesnt make it great! Lot less musterd and maybe a bit more mayonaise and dill! The BBQ sauce is like vinegar (watered down) gravy and is a total waste and insult for ANY BBQ sauce! Anyone can throw meat in a smoker and take it off and serve! But myself and probably others like at least some kind of flavoring! It has nothing but bland smoke taste! Maybe they should call someone like Head Country seasoning out of Ponca City Ok and order a couple of gallons of their rub to try with all of their meats before they smoke it! Head country also makes a great brine to marinate meat like chicken and is wonderful when smoked! Anyone can throw a head of cabbage in a food processor and slop 2 spoons of mayo and a tblspn of vinegar but that don't make great coleslaw! The rib meat was good meat but super duper greasy and no flavor! Out of an 85 dollar meal, the best item was the super greasy onion rings and they're store bought! We moved here 2 1/2 yrs ago and have never been able to time it to eat there until the other day, and that was a disappointment for sure! No kidding, the dogs would not eat the chicken meat or bones and pushed the rib meat away! So from where I set, and I don't know how they got all the fake ratings, unless they paid someone to do them, but we would rate it about a (minus) 7 to have paid 85 dollars for that crap! They need some quality to their product and the quantity will come! At least we didn't get a stomach ache! I don't know how they have managed to stay even open part time with this food! I am not a food critic but will tell it like it is when no one else will! Good Luck here!

They most always close early and they will not answer the phone for a to go order . The last four times I tried to get rib plates they were out . I can understand occasionally being out of something but not every time you try to order and that being a staple on their menu .
